A Philippine Corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, MAIEC is a domestic corporation with 40% foreign equity engaged in the business of oil/gas exploration and in the wholesale trading of its by-products. It is expected to become one of the country’s leading petroleum producers, supplying Asian and global customers.
MAIEC will provide oil and natural gas for the local and export market in the country. MAIEC will also continue to develop major oil and liquids businesses in the Mindanao region of the Country, and will operate in both mainland Mindanao and and other regions of Southern Philippines.
MAIEC is pursuing plans for the development of natural gas and petroleum in the Cotabato Basin and the Sulu Sea Basin.
